1. Apply -VIN = -5.5V [-5.5V to -8V]
2. Apply +VIN = +5.5V [+5.5V to +8V]
3. Apply the RF input signal



Power-down Sequence
1. Turn off the RF input signal
2. Adjust +VIN to 0V
3. Adjust -VIN to 0V
Note: The optional VG pin maybe used to override the automatic VE bias network to hard set the gate.
  • Apply VG = -0.2V to -0.6V (Optional to adjust quiescent current.)
  • If VG is used VE should be left unconnected.
  • VC typically left unconnected unless gain control or output limiting is desired
